System Installation Includes:

Pad, New Disconnect, Ceiling Saver Kit, Reconnect Existing Supply Duct & Return Duct, Reconnect to Existing Electrical, (2) Bags Mulch for Outdoor Unit, Evacuation & Reclaim of Refrigerant, Permits (as needed).

The following exclusions apply:
• Burners
• Biological growth of any kind
• Acts of God (Animal remains, storm damage, etc.)
• Additional cleaning of outdoor unit due to dryer vent/
poor clearance/animal debris.
• IAQ
• Pan treatment strips
• Blower and coils that have become caked with debris
due to negligence or signed duct waiver for sealing.
• Duct cleaning/sealing, and insulation.

All work performed in this package does not include any additional duct modifications or ductwork replacement.

Any future ductwork repairs will incur additional charges as necessary.
