Turning on the Heat

Turning your heat on for the first time as we enter the cold season does not have to be a surprise.

Let’s watch the WYFF4 report from 10/9/2012 featuring Carolina Heating and Scott talking about the start-up and what to watch out for.

Here we got it: make sure you have clean furnace filter and watch for odd and lingering smells, especially gas smells.  And remember gas is typically odorless and the smelly part is added by the gas company as a warning system.

If you find any abnormality don’t hesitate to call your trusted heating and air company.  Don’t have one, call us at Carolina Heating Service.
